Job Descriptions
As a member of our Sales Team, the Territory Sales Representative is expected to be customer oriented and have a strong desire to succeed. They should be self-motivated and determined to achieve challenging goals and objectives to help achieve maximum revenue for the organization.
Responsibilities
1. Drive sales growth and exceed assigned quota in the territory by acquiring new customers, and expanding sales with existing accounts.
2. Prepare and implement a territory business plan by identifying, targeting and converting new business, as well as expand existing business.
3. Build strong relationships with surgeons, dentists, and office personnel. Drive the resolution of customer concerns.
4. Strictly adhere to all laws and Company’s policies and procedures regarding the interaction with healthcare professionals, product handling and complaints, expense reporting, sales activities and training.
5. Attend and represent at customer events as required, including but not limited to trade shows, lectures, seminars, and hands-on courses.
6. Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to support the execution of product launches and new product sales strategies.

- 與產品及行銷團隊合作,推廣新產品銷售。
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree at a top university with healthcare, medical, or dental or related field or equivalent education
2. Minimum 3 years of of sales experience in the healthcare industry with a documented track record of overachievement
3. Experience in building customer relationships and a proven track record in achieving objectives and targets
