職責要求
1. Market/Industry Intelligence – be the expert on the latest industry, market and competition development. Be able to leverage and integrate this intelligence into product and design directions.
2. Consumer Insights Interpretation – observe and digest consumer trend and be able to interpret them into meaningful product solution and explore potential design opportunities.
3. Manage secondary research data efficiently and be able to provide market implications
4. Track, analyze, synthesize and summarize research reports, consumer trend articles, internal & external data sources.
5. Collaborate with designers to convert future insights into actionable recommendations.
任職資格
1. University graduate or higher required (Master degree with Business Administration, Marketing, Design Strategy preferred)
2. 3 years market/consumer research & strategic analysis experience in relevant fields. 3C marketing research, product marketing, and design research experiences is a plus
3. Familiar with various research planning and executing, including in-depth interview, quantitative survey, and data analysis method
4. Interpret data analysis results and draw inferences and conclusions
5. Formal training in English reporting, speaking and presentation
6. Great communication and presentation skills, effectively engage stakeholders and senior level executives
7. Strong analytical and critical thinking
