【Your Role】
To provide adequate Service inventory to Taiwan Service business with company objectives, “Monitor the Service Equipment process and control the Service inventory in Taiwan as like STC, DC, Satellite and On-Site” in particular.
【Main Responsibilities】
1. To control inventory levels in line with budget to meet the objectives of the business and offer a high level of service and availability to internal and external customers.
2. To identify, source and procure inventor in the most cost-efficient manner in line with company purchasing policy.
3. To maintain and control for surplus stock and aged spare parts.
4. To confirm and push the date of delivery for purchasing parts for the requestors.
5.Respond appropriately to all incoming spares enquiries by assessing local customer requirements.
6. Maintains inventory records and usage trends for production and financial use.
7. Manage day-to-day activity in the storage, issuance and cycle counting of materials to maintain the integrity of inventory levels necessary to ensure parts availability and production flow.
8. Direct personnel in the shipping and receiving function to ensure accurate receipt of material into stores and timely product shipment to customers.
9. Notify the Supply Chain Manager immediately of an accident or incident & implements corrective/preventative actions.
10. Assess needs, arrange for required training in job skills, safe work practices, and quality
11. Maintain housekeeping practices & ensures area is kept orderly and free of hazards
12. Maintain appropriate standards and operating practices to ensure policies and directives such as shelf life, product protection, and product condition are met to achieve high standards of quality.
13. EHS responsibility
14. To supervise and direct inventory checks and stock counts in line with local and company financial regulations and practices.
【Skills / Knowledge / Experience】
1. Well knowledge of MRP procedure and strong deal with SAP system for requirements record.
2. Strong ability for sizing/analysing of inventories and provision roles in quarterly.
3. An appreciation of vacuum technology & semi-conductor practices.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills in English combined with the computer literacy required to run SAP and excel spread sheets.
5. Ability to work in a team and communication across the function and dept.
6. Strong administrative and personal disciplines to handle a multi-task and functions activity with a meticulous approach.
7. Self-starter, self-motivator and resourceful, able to take the initiative to resolve local spares issues.
