職責要求
1. Bachelor‘s degree or above, majored in Business Administration, HR Management, or relevant fields.
2. 8-years’ experience within HR, and 3+ years within the area of Compensation and benefits experience.
3. Excellent knowledge in labor law, salary structure and development, benefits and compensation, surveys/benchmarking, and job evaluation systems. Familiar with Towers Watson GGS methodology.
4. Sound knowledge of up-to-date employment legislation and best practice in policies and processes.

3. Ability to work under pressure and tough deadlines
4. Foreign company C&B experience is preferred
5. Proficient in verbal and written English
