實驗室技術人員為技術品管團隊的一員，負責對指定樣本進行化學測試，每批次原料、製程以及成品進行測驗、分析、試驗並記錄觀測值結果，本次招聘的為具有中等年資經驗的分析實驗室技術人員，亦為未來儲備幹部的人選。在職期間提供定期在職訓練。
職責
• 日常維護和必要的更新標準作業流程（SOP）。
• 維護數據分析和質量QC作業流程紀錄。
• 根據SOP，管理、準備和分析樣本。
• 對成品進行化學測試。
• 準備執行常規測試所需的化學試劑。
• 發放分析報告證明書（COA）。
• 進行儀器故障排除、校準和定期各種檢驗設備維護。
•基本實驗室日常維護、管理與相關報告彙整
• 確保供應品庫存充足。
• 協助開發新的分析方法。
• 遵循並遵守所有給定的指示，包括工作程序、標準操作程序（SOP）和處理不同化學品的安全要求。
• 在測試過程中協助診斷問題或不符合要求的問題。
• 安排第三方實驗室進行產品測試。
• 主管交辦任務與跨部門支援
• 負責訓練新進實習實驗室技術助理，督導及協助技術障礙解決。
資格
• 具備兩年以上學術研究或商業/工業實驗室相關工作經驗。熟悉HPLC操作。
• 具一年以上檢測分析植物萃取或生藥中藥品管實驗相關領域經驗。
• 學歷：化學、藥學或其他相關背景（如食品科學、食品化學、生物化學等）的學士或更高學歷。
• 中文溝通能力佳，基礎英文能力，能以專業領域的表達方式。個性積極主動有耐心、思維清晰、樂於團隊合作，喜歡學習及挑戰新事物。
ROLES
The Laboratory Technician will work as a part of the technical team to perform chemical testing for the assigned samples, which may include raw materials, work-in-process products, and finished products. The recruitment for this position involves hiring laboratory technicians with intermediate-level experience and potential candidates for future managerial positions. Regular on-the-job training will be provided during the employment period.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• The maintenance and necessary updates of the standard operation procedures (SOPs)
• Maintain data and quality control records.
• Administer, prepare, and analyze samples according to the SOP.
• Perform chemical tests for finished products.
• Prepare chemical reagents needed to perform routine testing.
• Issue Certificate of Analysis(COA)
• Perform instrument troubleshooting, calibration, and scheduled maintenance.
• Maintain clean and organized lab space.
• Ensure supply inventories are maintained.
• Assist in the development of new analytical methods.
• Follow and adhere to all given instructions including work procedures, Standard Operating procedures (SOPs), and safety requirements for handling different chemicals.
• Help diagnose problems or non-conformance issues throughout the testing process.
• Arrange necessary tests from 3rd party labs for testing for products.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Responsible for training new laboratory associates and interns, as well as supervising and providing guidance in troubleshooting technical issues.
QUALIFICATION
• Minimum two years of experience in performing HPLC tests under Research or Commercial/Industrial settings.
• Minimum one year of experience in testing Botanical Materials or Traditional Chinese Medicine Herbs.
• Education: Bachelor‘s degree or higher in Chemistry or other related backgrounds (e.g. Food Science, Food Chemistry, Biochemistry, etc.)
• Effective oral and written communication skills and the ability to present in a professional manner.
• Good communication skills and basic English proficiency, able to communicate in a professional manner within the field of expertise.
