1. Lead and manage business to achieve both internal and external KPIs (sales, margin, market share, dental usage and recommendation…)
2. Develop and implement business plan with fact–based strategies
3. Initiate and implement marketing activities and manage spending effectively and efficiently
4. Support sales team (General Trade/ Hyper/ Super/ CVS/ Dental Professional) and act upon the competition to deliver results according to the agreement with the principle
5. Improve and control both BtL and AtL operation
