    ob Purpose : The position will provide operational support in the function under HRSS for the staffing related transnational support. The ideal candidate will work closely with HR all functions to drive execution and provide a 3BW HR experience. Develop new initiatives to increase efficiency and manage cost. 8.Support and process work and project assignments. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned to support initiatives which align with scorecard. 9.Continuously drive improvements in process improvement and make sure high standard of data accuracy and compliance can be achieved.

    Job Purpose: 1. To support the profitable growth of the Secured Lending products (Mortgage Loan & Trust Lending) in the Consumer Banking business. 2.
