國外業務助理 International Sales assistant
工作內容如下:
1. ERP, EXCEL, WORD輸入、處理並追蹤客戶訂單,並將訂單資料存檔備份。
2. 保持與客戶間之聯繫,回覆e-mail及電話,並確認交貨期。
3. 提供報價單,出貨文件,協助業務人員控管出貨,並處理出貨事宜。
4. 定期提供業務銷售狀況報表,以供業務人員或主管參考。
5. 協助業務人員處理銷售業務相關之公司內部行政作業。
6. 審核有關各項費用支付之發票、單據及帳務處理。
7. 協助會計與業務請款事宜。
8. 業務與主管各項交辦事項。
9. 具備日文翻譯及溝通能力
1. Input, process, and track customer orders using ERP and Excel, and backup order data for archival purposes.
2. Maintain contact with customers, respond to emails and phone calls, and confirm delivery dates.
3. Provide quotation, shipping documents, assist sales staff in managing shipments, and handle shipping matters.
4. Regularly provide sales status reports for sales staff or supervisors to reference.
5. Assist sales staff in handling internal administrative tasks related to sales operations.
6. Review invoices, receipts, and accounting processing related to various expense payments.
7. Assist with invoicing matters for cases.
8. Handle tasks assigned by sales staff and supervisors.
9.Ability to translate and communicate in Japanese
