Role Description
This individual is responsible for key accounts and new channel development. To grow business to meet profit and net sales growth targets by acquiring potential KA and channel partners and lead to collaboratively build the joint business plan with key distributors to support them transform to win in the market.
Responsibilities / Key Tasks
• Proactive to acquire potential key accounts and strategic channel partners to grow business to meet profit and net sales growth targets
• Lead to engage and establish sound partnership with top distributors, conduct regular business reviews with the distributors to support them transform to win in the market and deliver higher and more profitable revenue growth.
• Support and serve the field by helping them achieve their revenue targets and protect the company’s long-term viability and growth prospects in the marketplace.
• Utilizes end user marketing insights and prospects with new outlook and trends to generate opportunities.
• Collaborate with segment marketers within the cluster and country in the periodical segment audit and gathering of customer insights(e.g., customers’ taste, preference, buying behaviors, changing market development, as well as the competitive environment.).
• Identifies organizational capability gaps within responsibility and works across the enterprise to close the gaps.
Qualifications / Skills Requirement
• University degree preferably with business focus.
• 10+ years sales experience in business-to-business environment.
5+ years key account management experience.
3+ years new channel/distributor development experience.
• Result oriented, outgoing personality, presentable.
• Fluent in English, and Chinese.
• Confident in communicating to various levels of customer organization.
• Understanding / articulating relevant business / technical trends to others in a way that is clear and understood by the audience.
• Sound business and financial acumen with ability to relate decisions to business impacts.
• Working independently to manage one’s own time and resources in order to meet or exceed set objectives.
• Demonstrated competence and success in prior sales; initiative, flexibility, patience, and personal integrity are absolute requirements
• Demonstrated ability to coach and transfer knowledge to others are clear advantages
