1. Having a comprehensive understanding of the various financial products and services such as cash management, liquidity solutions, risk management, foreign exchange, interest rates, investment options and more.
2. Building strong relationships with clients by collaborating closely with Relationship Managers to understand customers’ expectations, the financial needs and goals, and offer tailored solutions or promote a range of products and services that align with customers’ hedge needs.
3. Keeping clients informed about market developments that are relevant to their hedge needs and investment goals. Provide market information and investment ideas to clients on a daily basis. Additionally, stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry changes to ensure timely providing clients with current and pertinent solutions.
4. Having a solid grasp of regulatory requirements, particularly those related to treating clients fairly (TCF) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, further promote products that not only meet clients‘ needs but also align with these regulations.
