1. Identify business opportunities, build sales pipeline and win new customers. Targeting major OEMs in Industrial, Telematics, Specialty Equipment and Smart Home industries. Selected Medical or Automotive customers may be considered.
2. Understand customer needs, prepare and present proposal on total manufacturing solutions covering design, supply chain, quality, pricing and contract.
3.Generate new qualified leads on monthly basis, targeting OEM customers that has EMS outsource.
4. Negotiate contract agreements such as non disclosure agreement, manufacturing service agreement and development agreement.
5. Develop market intelligence and advise the management on strategies to grow business.
