Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Product Executive to join our team in the skincare cosmetics and drugs industry.
As a Product Executive, you will play a critical role in designing and executing annual product promotional plans, enhancing company awareness and credibility amongst targeted physicians (Dermatologists, Pediatricians, and Plastic Surgeons), and supporting the sales team to achieve company goals. Additionally, with the new regulatory requirements in 2024, you will be responsible for establishing product information files (PIF) for all cosmetics. Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute strategic annual product promotional plans:
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and initiatives.
-Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and incorporate findings into promotional plans.
-Create and manage promotional campaigns, including product launches, educational initiatives, and conferences.
2. Enhance company awareness and credibility among targeted physicians:
-Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (Dermatologists, Pediatricians, and Plastic Surgeons) through effective communication and engagement.
-Develop and implement programs to educate physicians about our products, their benefits, and their applications.
-Coordinate and participate in industry events, including our annual skin science symposium and Taiwanese Dermatology Association conferences.
3. Support the sales team to achieve company goals:
-Provide product training and support to the sales team, ensuring they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively promote our products to physicians.
-Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
-Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and make recommendations for improvement.
4. Establish product information files (PIF) for all cosmetics:
-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by creating and maintaining accurate and up to date PIFs for all cosmetics.
-Workclosely with Principals’ regulatory affairs team to gather the necessary documentation and information for PIFs.
-Stay updated on the latest regulations related to PIFs and ensure ongoing compliance.
