<Role Summary>
Through this role, you have the opportunity to impactfully drive change by initiating work process changes, setting guidelines, and implement action plans for various sales center roles, aiming to enhance sales process efficiency. You will find insights through numbers and participate in strategic decision meetings, also have exposure to showcase analytic and implementation results.
<Responsibilities>
1. Route planning for Sales center/Call center/Internal Surveyor(RED) team
2. Performance indicator tracking for sales reps, insight providing and initiate work process improvements
3. Cross functional communication to support sales center on daily operation
4. Conduct sales rep work analysis to identify efficiency improvement opportunities
5. Support Route to Market(RTM) projects to improve company efficiency and profit
<Professional skills and abilities required>
ᅳ Proficient Excel and PowerPoint skills, Power BI is a plus
ᅳ Cross function communication and integration skills
ᅳ Mandarin - Proficient, English - Fluent in Reading and Writing(TOEIC 700 or above), Taiwanese is a plus
ᅳ Able to work both independently and as a team in agile environment

ᅳ Adaptability to change, growth mindset
<Related job experience requirement>
ᅳ College graduate or above, prefer degree in Business Administration/ International Business/ Economics/ Statistics or relevant
ᅳ At least 1-2 years working experience in data analysis/process improvement/sales operation related fields
ᅳ Familiar with FMCG industry
