【Job Description】
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our Event Account Managers and Department Supervisors. The candidate will play a pivotal role in data management, venue booking, customer follow-up, and coordination of clerical duties within the department.
【Key Responsibilities】
• Assist in booking venues and obtaining quotations for events.
• Perform and coordinate clerical duties to support the department.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, assist with customer inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate manager.
• Foster peak efficiency through coordination, communication, and cooperation within the team.
• Adhere to the objectives set by account managers, focusing on customer service, financial targets, revenues, profits.
• Conduct basic research as required.
