1. To be our customers’ advocate and single point of contact for all technical support remotely, which includes:
● Product selection, application, and maintenance/set-up support
● Provide customers the requested documents such as user manuals, catalogues, certificates, test reports, etc.
● Troubleshooting
2. To take ownership of our customers’ issues and complaints until resolved to their satisfaction
3. To support digitization and self-service initiatives, e.g. Create and update Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
4. To detect potential opportunities from customer interactions
1. 成為客戶的倡導者和所有遠端技術支援的單一聯絡人,其中包括:
● 產品選擇、應用與維護/設定支持
● 提供客戶所需的文件,例如使用手冊、目錄、證書、測試報告等。
● 故障排除
2. 負責處理客戶的問題和投訴,直到得到滿意的解決
3. 支持數位化和自助服務舉措,例如 建立和更新常見問題 (FAQ)
