-Key Responsibilities-
1. Marketing and Business Development / 市場與業務發展
-Build industry network and secure local partnership with long-term relationship basis.
拓展公司的網路鏈結,並在長期合作的前提下與當地的企業建立良好的關係。
-Promote the Company in order to extend business fields.
行銷公司品牌並擴展業務領域。
- Engage reliable partners and sub-contractors for projects and support joint venture negotiation with shortlisted partners.
為專案尋找可靠的合作夥伴及包商,並協助總部進行合作協商。
- Collaborate with different teams within the company and leverage on capabilities
across the region.
與公司其他部門合作,整合當地資源並提供總部參考。
2. Market Intelligence / 市場情報
-Develop, manage and enhance a firm-wide Competitor Intelligence platform analyzing competitor contractors.
(Including competitors‘ business models, business development, expertise and technology development and resource allocation, etc.).
發展、管理及強化與公司業務範圍相關的競爭者情報平台
(包含競爭者的商業模式、業務發展情況、專長技術發展及資源配置等方面)。
-Macro-environment market research, analysis, interpretation and insights for economic, financial, industrial, environmental, legal changes in local markets.
提供宏觀的市場環境分析與研究,考慮市場因應當地經濟、金融、工業、環境與法律變化而衍生的改變。
-Advise the management on the implications of Taiwanese construction industry and its future of Government’s long term development plans.
就台灣建築業的影響及其對政府長期發展計劃的未來向管理層提供建議。
-Market research and collection of project information (e.g. Clients‘ procurement plans, etc.).
市場調研和項目信息收集(如客戶採購計劃等)。
-Present written reports of market research.
