【工作說明】
•Organize and execute for employee connection initiatives, such as townhall, cross-functional sharing, employee DE&I network etc.
•Serve as first contact window of employee inquires to boost employee relations.
•Support HR routine process and continuous improvement.
•Support Taiwan implementation of global people priorities in org design, efficiency improvement and internal communication.
•Support labor-related audit and government communications.
【工作區域】
主要是以台北辦公室為主要範圍,有需要時會至楊梅廠或台南廠協辦活動(楊梅廠有交通車,但需配合廠區上下班時間,其他地區出差可以申報差旅費,需上系統申請)
【工作時間】8:15am-17:00pm, 前後彈性 30mins.
Monday to Friday. Occasional meeting at US time zone.
【職務條件】
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in business related area is required. MBA or an advanced degree in HR preferred.
•Experience of 3-5 years as HR generalist role. Familiar with Taiwan labor regulations.
•Proficient in English overall
•Sophisticated in interpersonal communication, presentation, creative event planning & detailed-oriented execution.
•Excellent in office 365
