1. Job Purpose
The position is under business transformation team to support company to build business growth foundation as well as internal control program. The position will takes ownership of the assigned projects by collaborating with key stakeholders across the whole organization to achieve company goal and project objectives.
2. Key Accountabilities
Understand internal control principles, conduct data analysis and interviews to find compliance issues and improvement insights. Able to lead effective and productive discussions with business owners to develop improvement action plan. Proactively follow up to ensure effective improvement actions in place.
Based on the thorough understanding of the business context, strategic objectives and transformation programs, the position work with key stakeholders to host kick off meetings, manage project progress to achieve assigned projects objectives in short and long term perspectives.
Develop and host clear kick off meetings with accurate scope, roles and desired outcomes to make project teams on board.
Manage project progress, identify & escalate risk to right levels with mitigation plans to ensure the projects are delivered on time, within budget and meets or exceeds expectations.
