【工作內容】
1.採購流程及相關作業表單,依循提出採購需求
2.根據需求人員提出之需求做採購
3.負責詢價/比價/議價,與採購合約之制定與簽訂。
4.採購相關內容之統計分析,歷史採購訂單之相關統計分析(含供應商、品項、數量、價格、交期、品質....等)
5.驗收作業與辦法之制定與修訂
6.供應商維護及管理(含供應商資料建檔、評比、採購合約執行與管理、商品品質/交期之要求與跟催、定期溝通與聯絡....等)
〝7.1負責進出貨管理(和進出貨相關表單輸入,統計與分析)
2.負責不定期執行盤點與庫存管理〝
8.整理、核對及輸入進、出貨單。
9.進、出口貨物打包並安排出貨事宜。
10.定期進行請款作業,並整理相關表單(如:請款單、驗收單、訂購單)。
11.協助主管交辦事項。
【希望經驗與特質】
1.二年相關採購經驗,英文聽說讀寫能力 (檢附英文檢定證明),大學不限科系
2.具邏輯思考能力,責任心,溝通協調,並願意嘗試新事物
3.熟悉並擅長使用電腦及各種網路工具(熟練使用Microsoft Office套件;特別是 Excel、Outlook、PPT。)
4.熟悉ERP系統,文中ERP尤佳
5.樂於團隊合作並具有獨立作業能力。
【待遇】
1.薪資:36,000-45,000元
2.彈性上下班:AM08:00~09:00上班,PM17:00~18:00下班,週休二日。

【Work content】
1. Purchasing process and related work forms, follow the instructions to propose purchasing requirements.
2. Make purchases based on the needs put forward by the demanders.
3. Responsible for price inquiry/price comparison/negotiation, and the formulation and signing of purchase contracts.
4. Statistical analysis of procurement-related content and relevant statistical analysis of historical purchase orders (including suppliers, items, quantities, prices, delivery dates, quality...etc.)
5. Formulation and revision of acceptance operations and methods.
6. Supplier maintenance and management (including supplier information archiving, evaluation, procurement contract execution and management, product quality/delivery requirements and follow-up, regular communication and contact...etc.)
〝7.1 Responsible for the management of incoming and outgoing goods (form input, statistics and analysis related to incoming and outgoing goods)
2. Responsible for irregular inventory and inventory management.〝
8. Organize, check and enter incoming and outgoing orders.
9. Package import and export goods and arrange shipment matters.
10. Carry out payment requisition operations on a regular basis and organize relevant forms (such as payment requisition forms, acceptance forms, purchase orders).

[Hope experience and characteristics]
1. Two years of relevant procurement experience, English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills (with English test certificate attached), regardless of university major.
2. Have logical thinking ability, sense of responsibility, communication and coordination, and willingness to try new things.
3. Familiar with and proficient in using computers and various network tools (proficient in using Microsoft Office suite; especially Excel, Outlook, and PPT.)
4. Familiar with ERP systems, especially ERP in Winton.

1. Salary: 36,000-45,000 NTD
