*responsible for leading the Asia Golf Ball Quality Systems organization
*provide leadership and direction to the Asia Golf Ball Quality Systems team as well as guidance and quality direction to the global business including subsidiaries and/or suppliers.
*develop and implement quality systems and procedures to support achievement and continuous improvement of finished product quality requirements.
*lead complex projects related to quality improvement opportunities and new product launches.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work in a safe manner following all PPE and standardized processes while providing safety leadership to the organization.
• Represent the voice of the customer in the organization.
• Analyze customer quality trends and ensure resolution of issues.
• Develop and utilize well-defined global quality metrics to ensure quality standards are consistently monitored and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
• Provide support related to regulatory compliance.
• Support manufacturing and other functional areas by developing and implementing new and improved quality systems.
• Evaluate new and existing suppliers and drive quality improvement activities at suppliers.
• Provide leadership for statistical analysis and technical problem solving.
• Champion process capability continuous improvement activities.
• Continuously develop capabilities of the quality organization.
• Prepare quality organization budgets and forecasts and monitor spending to achieve commitments.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by supervisor and assist in other related projects as requested.
• Prepare and distribute quality reports as required.
• Work with manufacturing, manufacturing engineering, R&D, suppliers and other functional areas and teams as required.
