職責要求
1.Clear regular communication and co-ordination between business units and the Asia Managing Director
2.P & L responsibility for entities in Taiwan.Policy and strategic development within the business to ensure future growth is achieved
3.Consistent implementation of Policy and Strategy across Taiwan business including Group policy implementation and support of Group investments
4.Best practice dissemination and sharing across the Group
5.Analyse, assess, troubleshoot and implement solutions where patterns or problems occur
6.Coach and develop the Taiwan team in driving the business
7.Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the entire group
8.Effectively manage change throughout the business
9.Preserve the group culture
10.Annual performance management review
11.Completion of monthly Board Report
12.Management Accounts and KPIs
13.Regular updates with Asia Managing Director
任職資格
1.Proven experience of developing and executing strategy
2.An approachable and open style
3.Be forward thinking to spot issues before they happen
4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5.Ability to work to meet deadlines
6.Excellent knowledge of Office 365
7.Manufacturing experience will be an advantage
