Supervise Outlet Operations During Assigned Shifts

In the absence of a Manager, conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
• 確保員工按照標準與程式完成任務
Ensure all the staff to carry out the task according to the SOP

Assist in the preparation and maintain files, reports, letters, memorandums and other relevant business documentation
• 確保在餐廳的每日工作日志中記錄下餐具情況,收入和利潤,特殊事件,客人表揚和投訴及其它需記錄下的事件。工作日誌每天工作結束前需交給餐飲總監過目和簽字
Ensure a daily logbook for the outlet is maintained with information as to covers, revenues, special events, quest praise and complaints and other notes happenings. The logbook is left every night for Director of F&B’s information & signature

Ensure all reporting and servicing deadlines are met on a timely basis
• 完成上級交待的其它任務
Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors
