【About the company】

We manufactures and sell the world‘s top protective tape (ICROS Tape) used in semiconductor wafer backgrinding.

【About the job】
In this role, at the beginning you will assist with handling incoming orders and arranging deliveries.
You will work closely with Japan headquareter and sales companies to achieve sales target.
You will also work closely with other teams in the company to ensure maximum customer satisfication.
Necessary job training will be provided after entering MIFS.
We are looking for someone who is team player with good communication skill and is willing to take on new challenges.
【Responsibilities】
・Order processing and delivery arrangement
・Overall shipment coordination
・Achieve sales target
・Being contact window for all customer related affairs such as customer claims, factory audit/tour, environment document, CSR, and etc.
・Gathering and analyzing sales information related to important customers, end users, sales companies, etc. and share those sales information internally.
【Minimum qualifications】
・Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent practical experience
・JLPT-N2 certificate
・Basic English skills
・Basic Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
【Preferred qualifications】
・Bachelor‘s degree in sciences or business related field.
・JLPT-N1 certificate
・TOEIC 600 points or above
・Familiar with Japanese company culture would be a plus (past working experience, study/living experience, and etc.)
