Tasks
.Acquisition of new customers in the responsible sales region
.Identify and target new business opportunities and customer segments
.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
.Work closely with the application engineer team to provide considerable solutions to the decision-makers
.Regular communications with customers’ engineering teams as well as the management levels
.Organization of and participation in trade shows/conferences
.Assist the procurement and supply chain management team
Requirements
.Bachelor‘s degree in engineering, physics, optics, or a related field. A master‘s degree is preferred
.Proven experience in technical sales or application engineering is required, with a preference for experience in the optics, photonics industry, or machine vision. A proven track record of successful customer relations management is also essential.
.CCM (compact camera module) industry experience preferred
.Strong technical background with knowledge of optical systems, imaging technologies, and related applications
.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly and effectively
.Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
.Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese is required
.Willingness to travel - 30% (inside Taiwan+ APEC region)
