• Handle customer enquiries and process orders proactively and professionally
• Liaise with overseas agents/suppliers on order delivery planning and issues
• Able to handle tasks independently and also collaborate with sales,
operations and accounting teams
• Support customer seminars/events
• Adhoc duties such as running errands for special occasions (e.g. sourcing of
festival gifts for customers)
